How to Make Accessibility Features Accessible for YOU: A crash course in 5 minutes (or less)
We can’t help our players if we can’t help ourselves! I’ve spent the entire last year adapting my game dev workflow to accomodate my needs as a disabled dev, and I’ve learned a lot of simple and easy ways to identify how to shrink my project’s scope AND help my players at the same time. I know it might sound impossible, but accessibility considerations do NOT have to mean scope creep! To demonstrate how quick and easy it can be to learn about and action accessibility options, we’ll go over fundamentals with visuals, audio, mechanics, and more in five minutes (or less).
